propertytransfer.ae is a reference resource covering property transfers at the Dubai Land Department. The site explains five transfer types — sale, gift between first-degree family members, inheritance, mortgage release, and name change — and the documents, fees, and clearances each one involves.

The site is operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO under Trade Licence 78065 (IFZA). It is an independent informational resource. It is not a Dubai Land Department site, not a RERA site, and not affiliated with any UAE government authority.

What this site covers

The procedural mechanics of registering a change of ownership at the Dubai Land Department. Each transfer type is covered in terms of: who qualifies, what documents are required, what fees apply, where the transaction is executed, and the issues most likely to delay it.

What this site does not cover
